I brought my computer to that repair shop to address issues I was experiencing with reinstalling my Apple software from the official site. Upon arrival at the shop, the technician requested an upfront payment of $80. Given my busy schedule, I agreed to the fee. I was informed that the repair would take a day or two to complete, but a week went by before I received any communication.

Upon returning to the shop, I was informed that an additional $40 payment was required because the technician installed a different version of the Apple software, which I could have obtained for free directly from the Apple website. Feeling deceived by this unnecessary charge, I felt taken advantage of by the shop’s practices. I expressed my disappointment to the technician, who seemed unapologetic.

I left the shop disheartened by the experience, realizing that they were not operating with honesty and integrity. It is disheartening to see businesses take advantage of hard-working individuals for financial gain. I made it clear to the technician that there would not be a “next time,” as I refuse to be exploited by such unethical practices.

I can’t believe i found this place what a god send. My phone just stopped charging out of no where and I just so happened to be driving by and found ifix. The young man there and team took care of me and fixed my phone less than 10 minutes with a new charge port. Very professional kind and they listened to me. I felt like top shelf customer. Thanks guys so much!

Wonderful experience at IFIX by Sams computer on Fowler Ave. Mike our sales associate went above and beyond to help us find the perfect cell phone. We have personally know the owner for several years. Shop at IFIX if you want quality products and service
