I am standing there at the moment, Staff is extremely unhelpful, I ask for products and they simply point vaguely to where I could find it. When I eventually found what I was looking for it was clearly not new “you could tell from the packaging”. Went back to information, employee simpy said “Yeah you should find another one there, otherwise just take any other product”
Horrible staff, and this is not the first time for me here.
Pre-ordered a Pixel 6 Pro straight away after launch. After a month it still isnt available for pick up. Other people ordering the same phone 3 days ago got a pick up notice already…. Extremely bad service!!!!!!
Great service with a smile. They respected the corona rules when I used the online order pick-up point. They also price matched my item with another store 🙂
