This place is a RIP OFF do not take your equipment here. Their service is horrible. Their communication with their customers is atrocious. I cannot urge you any more strenuously than this: take your computer for repair anywhere but here. Awful service. Shady business practices. Rip off artist, unprofessional, missing parts, equipment returned with more issues than your equipment had when you dropped it off….and he is untruthful…The shop is a mess, from lobby to work area. Lost parts, screws missing from equipment. Mismatched screws install….Do Not Patronize…Check out complaints with the BBB….
This business is The worst for products delivery for products purchased excuses of why it’t Not hear he has your money and it’s been like a month and a 1/2 and I still not have a monitor I ordered this is the probably the worst computer store in the area do not solicit or Do business with this business find any other computer store but This one the man’s a crook
Roland has worked on two of our printers and one of our computers. Always does good work for us and is honest. He is the first person we call whenever we have issues with our computers/printers.
