I hate to slander a small business owner so all I’m going to do is state the facts because my experience was completely unsatisfactory.
I brought my PS5 in for a simple laser replacement. It was running fine but couldn’t read discs anymore. He asked if I wanted to pay extra for a cleaning and I figured why not. Ten days later when I picked it up it powered on for about 10 minutes before going completely unresponsive on me.
I immediately reached out to him and he had me bring it back the next day.
Over the next month I barely heard from him except when I’d reach out and ask what was going on. It got to the point where I had to ask to pick it up whether it was fixed or not so at least I could get some trade in value.
I let him know when I was coming and asked him to take the game out of the console. He said he would yet when I showed up it was still unassembled and after a 45 minute drive there I then had to wait another 45 minutes for him to come to the shop, take the disc out, and put it together.
I clearly wasn’t a priority for him. The whole situation went on for 6 weeks. No refund or apology.
Basically I paid him $175 and walked away a month and a half later with a console in far worse condition than I brought in.

SBL I’m 28 years old I’ve been taking my games and consoles in for repairs for years. At many other places, I’ve had to play word games multiple returns due to failed repairs. I’ve been lied to and said that parts can be fixed when they couldn’t that was NOT the case. THE OWNER IS VERY STRAIGHTFORWARD HONEST AND DILIGENT ABOUT HIS WORK BRANG MY DAUGHTER SWITCH OLED THE RAIL RESIDENT CHARGE 125+ TAX AND ONLY CHARGE ME 20 BUCKS MORE FOR OPTIONAL JOY REPLACEMENT, WHICH I DID TAKE LINKS TO HIS YOUTUBE AND TIKTOK FOR THE STEPS HE TOOK TO REPAIR MY DEVICE UPON PICK UP DISCLOSE OTHER THINGS LIKE POSSIBLE LIQUID DAMAGE, AND OTHER PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED AND ADVISED ME OF THEM. When the devices return, it worked as I expected, and I am completely satisfied with his work they are legit, licensed, and professional provide work, orders, and documentation proof they want their work and service accounted and stood for with A strong reputable back Which is well deserved thank you you SBL will be returning for sure
Okay where do I start? Took my PlayStation 3 in for some service it had problems ejecting the disc. Everything else was working fine. They charged me $65 for a diagnostics then another $50 to fix the problem which totaled up over $110. I got it back, brought it home, put the disc in, went to play the game and the system immediately shut off red light blinking. I asked him what the issue was brought it back to him and he told me now my system is overheating and it needs more service. It cost more money. Why didn’t he tell me that when he serviced it the first time. Now he’s hanging up on my face repeatedly. This is very bad, unprofessional business. Be aware. When you do business with this person money hungry and greed. I recommend you buy another station or take it to a professional that’s name brand. These mom and pop shops do not care. Will never be giving my business to this man again
