Emad (the owner) is very helpful, informative, and nice. Before he helped me with my laptop he ran some testing while explaining to you what he is doing and the purpose of it. After I left my laptop, he called me on the same day and told me the issue and was working on it overnight. Reasonable price. The next day, he helped me restore all the apps I need for school and work and made sure that nothing else was wrong. This review may sound bias to new people coming to his shop but all I can say, you have to see it to believe it. Thank you Emad for the help and I will be coming back if I have anymore computer issue I can’t resolve.

My computer was not showing anything on the display upon start-up, went to this spot after i saw on google it was one of the best in Chula Vista, they are super helpful and explain to you to a T what the issue is, how to fix it and tips for the future. They are super nice, helpful and even if its the most simplest issue, they do not make you feel dumb and take pride in helping others how to understand the issue and how to troubleshoot. This is definitely my spot from now on if my troubleshooting doesn’t solve the issue. I highly recommend everyone to bring their computers, Apple or Windows, to this business.

Amad was the best! He troubleshooted my Lenovo Idea Pad which was having some issues. He spent a good amount of time trying to figure out the problem. He explained everything he was doing. Couldn’t repair it, but helped me get the serial no, model no. Etc and got on the phone to Lenovo to help me set up an extended warranty so I can send the Idea Pad in for repair. He didn’t want to charge me, but I insisted he take some money that I left him. He goes over and above what’s called for and I appreciate that. Highly recommended.
