Attending conference in Seattle when a friend’s charger broke off and could not be discharged from his phone. After 3 other attempts at two T-Mobile locations and other repair shop (who closed their shop 3 hours earlier than what was posted) we found our way to Seattle iPhone repair. It took less than 5 minutes and we were out the door!! The staff charged us half of the original quoted price. And we were off to our next conference adventure. Great customer service, friendly staff and tech savvy!
I came here to get my iPhone screen replaced. They quoted me $120 and told me to come back later that day. First they couldn’t find my phone and when they finally did they refused to take card and only wanted Venmo or cash.
My phone used to last me all day and will now will drain from full to dead in about an hour of use because of the cheap replacement screen they used. It’s so bad if I am using it while plugged in it still drains. NEVER GO HERE
