Honestly, I took it into them to get it cleaned and new thermal paste put on. I know it was probably a hassle to get the laptop taken apart but they did it. For only about 80 bucks so I’m not too upset. Though, I gave them my charger and laptop, before I brought it into them it thermal throttled very easily but it held charge and had no problem charging with my charger. Funny thing is, when they gave it back to me today, it suddenly couldn’t charge my laptop anymore, it wasn’t powerful enough and they made it seem like a very common issue. It’s just a bit weird that all happened after I brought it into them when before it worked fine. Now I’m stuck spending even more money try and even get my pc back to a decent state again. I might come back but that’s a big might. Overall though, they did what I asked, I just don’t think they put everything back correctly.

These guys here are awesome! Came in with a cracked screen on my iPhone 6, they replaced it with no problems. Ended up having a faulty screen so they replaced it within my 60 day warranty. Just came in again due to the screen having issues from the faulty batch they received, they fixed me right up with me being out of my warranty period. They definitely take care of their customers! I will definitely be a returning customer for any future needs and refer everyone to them!

Everyone I encountered here made sure I was waited on timely and reassured. It’s extremely obvious that these people care about customer service. I truly appreciate that in these times.
