Staff very nice and seemingly professional but essentially screwed me over. I was told my iPhone 13 aftermarket screen install would only worsen the screen quality. Ended up not functioning properly (doesn’t auto dim anymore, loses a lot of functionality). The worst part is it consumes a huge amount of battery. When I called in to seek a solution I was told I was told I was wrong. Now I’m screwed because Apple won’t repair with non genuine parts. Would not recommend them.
Amazing service! Mary is awesome! Super helpful and got me a cheap but good case, a new screen protector, and replaced the shattered back off of an iPhone 12 Pro. The price is WAY cheaper than if you would go to the Apple Store to fix something. I would HIGHLY recommend for any iPhone accessory and repair needs!
Mary is AWESOME, I bought an unlocked Samsung S22, no rush nor pressure to buy more than I wanted, she gave me her honest opinion on everything I had questions about! She was the only one in the store and did everything seamlessly, definitely will come back for my next phone need!
