I had a great experience, I needed my computer fixed fast and at a fair price . Thats what I got , I was able to drop it off on a weekend which was great considering he was the only place open that I called. Mr. Shancy wasn’t like most technicians that make you feel like your an idiot, He explained his plans for trouble shooting everything in a manner that I could understand. My computer is fixed after fighting this issue for 2 years . I will never call HP again now that I know about Shancy’s computer support!
I highly recommend Shancy’s for people who don’t understand how to use their computer. I was totally computer illiterate until he gave me a crash course on how to use my laptop and has since voluntarily helped me by telephone with other questions I had. It was WELL worth the small investment.
