Avoid this business. They WAY over charge for screen fixes then Two weeks later my phone was jolted but all the colors bled together and phone is destroyed not working at all I tried to call them to rectify the situation (all I wanted was a return for work done and they ignored me AND disputed my bank dispute when they know their service failed) My brother took my phone to the Apple Store and for the SAME PRICE Apple just gave me a brand new phone because they couldn’t fix it. Don’t go here. Make an appointment at a verified Apple retailer or go to Apple.

Went to the Apple Store right next to them to have my phone screen repaired. My screen was very cracked and the bottom 3rd of the screen wasn’t responding. Apple told me it would cost $200, take multiple hours, and they may have to do a factory reset on my phone just to fix it. I left and went to Shatter & Case, they had my phone fixed with a new screen, the bottom portion working again, and all within 10 minutes of walking up to them. Saved myself $50 and lots of time. They really came in clutch!

I Highly recommend this place the gentleman that helped me was named “Juan” I personally recommend him he found what I needed and waited patiently while I made my mind up ! I am Giving 5 stars to SHATTER & CASE booth for the Exceptional Customer Service I recieved upon that I recommend them on their Repair of cracked phones as well as having just about any cell phone case that you may need even the outdated ones. So if your Phone is Cracked head to Shatter & Case and they will fix your phone!!!
