I called for one phone to get a screen replaced and i was told they have to order the part and they would call me when it arrives. They never called and i got a new phone. Now when im trying to get the new phone repaired, im told they can’t and to come get my phone later that day after its put together. I couldn’t that same day so when i finally was able to pick it up a week later due to my work schedule, my phone is still disassembled not ready to go and i would have to come back later. This place is completely unprofessional and mainly operated by children. Save your time and buy a new phone.
Update: they didn’t even put my phone together all the way. I’m missing about 6 screws that hold a plate down and i am also missing two security brackets. Complete garbage rushed job. These people do not care about quality at all

These jerks broke the hinges on my laptop and stole my wireless mouse. They didn’t know how to fix my computer and broke it on top of that!
They refused to acknowledge their mistakes and make it right.
They even smirked!
Stay away from these clowns!
Even other repair shops have said these people are a joke!
They are NOT number one in Kearney, according to these other repair shops. Which leads me to believe that most of their good reviews are FAKE!!!
GO TO A REPUTABLE REPAIR SHOP!!!
I Will say that their name Shatter Masters, is an apt name. They will shatter and destroy your devices!

I sent my apple watch in for a repair because my screen fell off and after the week long wait i got it back n was not too please. When i got it back the screen and the back of the watch had glue all over it, the screen is off centered, and the “new” screen that they put on has scratches all over it.
