Went to this location because it had such great reviews to get screen fixes. When I got my screen fixed the screen work perfectly fine it looked brand new it looked great it was working great I also bought a screen protector which they installed for me mind you they installed it incorrectly all four corners of the screen protector were lifted and they were not flush against the screen. Only a couple weeks later my phone slid off my desk not even a 2 foot drop and the screen itself cracked again in the exact same place but the screen protector was intact. I called about a warranty and the warranty only covers defective screens that aren’t cracked. I BOUGHT A SCREEN PROTECTOR THAT WAS INSTALLED INCORRECTLY SO HOW IS THAT A “WARRANTY”!?!?
Just dropped my phone off for repair and this man was 150x more professional then the competition kiosk on the lower level who was very rude and pushy… not to mention priced $100 higher!!! I
t makes me wonder if these negative reviews are meant for the other place!?

Got my iPhone backglass replaced. The replacement back glass had some design defect which left a small hole around the flashligyt. The repair guy pointed it out to me before I even saw it and he said he will put in a replacement free of cost when he gets the new supplies. Did it free of cost next week and the backglass has been working perfectly well.
