From the moment I walked in I felt like I was in great hands. Dan asked what I’d be using the laptop for to get a sense of the best specs to suit my needs. He was highly knowledgeable and I did not feel pressured at all to get the most expensive options which was a super plus. He guided me through the ordering process and gave me an ETA of about one week to get all the parts and build. One week later I received this beautiful piece of machinery and personalized it with some slaps. Thank you Dan for checking in and helping this neurodivergent ADHD guy keep up his productive streak going after his dreams of making music/DJing.

If you’re tired of Apple and looking for a Windows computer that’s under $2100 like mine after taxes (there are slightly more expensive options) then this place is the place to go in VA Beach.

I am so happy my husband found this place!! We were in a rush to get a good gaming laptop for our birthday teen and Simon Gaming helped us so quickly and made everything so easy. We had no idea what to get or what anything meant and they were able to explain everything and get us the laptop we needed. The electronics in this business are AMAZING!! The owner builds it himself!! They even have custom pink systems and so many pretty LED lights in almost all of their electronics! It was clean and peaceful for a gaming store too! They also offer financing!!! We sat and chatted with the owners for a bit and they are really down to earth, friendly people! Anyway, Really Great Experience!! Awesome Quality and Service!! Would recommended to anyone! 10/10 Seriously!

I highly recommend Simon’s – they were very easy to work with, did a full diagnostic on my situation, and presented me with various options available to me, some of which were not financially advantageous to them. It’s always nice to run into a company that puts their customers over the bottom line. I will definitely be going back to them for future work.
