I originally went to another tech shop per Apple’s recommendation and this other shop quoted me an insane price to recover my data from a laptop that died, claiming it was very complex. I came across Simple Mac through a google search and wow, I am BEYOND happy to have found them.

Tony, who helped me with this problem, was nothing but honest and sincere from the beginning. And to top it all off, they gave me a reasonable quote, which made me realize the other shop was trying to rob me blind because I was technologically helpless.

He ran some tests, and instead of writing me a bill recommended I fight this with Apple. With a few calls, I ended up getting >1,000 dollars of repairs FOR FREE due to them doing a faulty repair job the first time. What a trustworthy and helpful shop.
