As an elderly person my experience with computers and other digital devices is somewhat if not completely outdated. I have a cell phone not because I want one but because I need one to be able to communicate to anyone and everyone for whatever needs I have. Needless to say with all the fraud perpetrated online and via messaging I need someone to help me Wade through much of the text and email I get and to find ways of blocking what I don’t need or want. I first encountered Carl when looking for someone to repair my phone screen again after I dropped it. Carl not only replied the screen but got a protective case for my phone which should decrease the incidents of screen breakage. Carl also suggested some applications and sites that I might look into that could help with the unwanted texts, emails and phone calls. He also suggested ploys to be looking out for and what I could do to report them if I chose to or yo stop them. All in all i have been very thankful for his help and service with my phone. I may even get another computer if Carl promises he’ll be around to help if I need it.

I came in a little while back to buy a replacement screen for an older phone (Galaxy S6), and, to my surprise, they had it in stock along with a replacement battery. Neither parts were OEM, nor had I heard of the manufacturers, but it didn’t matter because all I needed was to gain temporary access to the phone.
I went home and replaced both parts on my own and now I have access to photos that I thought I permanently lost 5 years ago.

The lady at the counter (I didn’t get her name) was also super helpful. She made sure I got everything I needed to recover those photos. Great experience!

This is the worse cell phone repair shop ever . I tried to get my phone repaired by a man named Carl and he kept my phone too long, he lost my phone and my phone screen popped out afterwards. I tried to call him several times and he tried to ditch me .. he lies about everything and he told me o had to pay another 60 dollars because of his mess up. I sent my friends to his repair shop as well and their phone screens popped out as well. This man is a crook and I would NOT RECOMMEND SIMPLY HONEST MOBILE TO ANYBODY. I’m going to the Better Business Bureau!!
