The last time I took electronics to be repaired at a (different) repair shop, I had a truly terrible experience, so I really didn’t know what to expect here, but they were amazing. I made an appt on the Apple website, but they told me I could have just walked it in. They were super friendly and patient with me (I was a little spacey because I was in panic-mode with my computer not working), and they had my computer back to me by the end of the day, good as new. 100% would happily return.

Great customer service overall. Have had positive experience with my laptop there. However, recently I went in with my water-damaged iPhone. Simutek looked it only -did not attempt to open or inspect it and said it was a goner and that I’m better off buying a new phone. Sooo I took it for a 2nd opinion, to Quick-Fix repair on Campbell and they actually restored my phone within 1 hour!! Which literally saved my hundreds of dollars, stress and all of my phone data.
