I had an outstanding experience with this company, largely thanks to Sergio–a true gem in their team! My iPhone was having some serious issues, and I was ready to throw it in the trash where that whole company belongs (don’t get me started on their customer service with their so called Geniuses”) but Sergio tackled those issues with such expertise and care that it now feels like a brand new device. He was not only incredibly knowledgeable and efficient but also exceptionally friendly and patient, taking the time to explain the process and ensure I was comfortable with everything being done. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and capable. Thanks to Sergio, I am more than satisfied; I am truly impressed. Highly recommend this company if you need top-notch service with a personal touch!

Small place run by a great guy who is meticulously honest. My Iphone wasn’t charging. It turned out it just needed the power connection cleaned. He did that and I told him to put a new glass cover on it because I wanted to buy something from him in return for the clean and he didn’t charge me for either. He could have charged me for a fix and I would have paid him. It is very hard to find honest and competent people. This guy is one of them. Can’t recommend him enough.

I got my phone repaired at another repair shop and the screen stopped working soon after. I came to this location and the guy at the counter was able to help me fix my phone. He said it was just a loose connection and was not going to charge me for the repair. Gave me advice to be careful where I get my services not everybody is honest.
