I’m giving this poor review based on poor treatment of a customer, next to no communication and even worse service. If I could do less than 1 star I definitely would have. You were brought a phone to repair the screen on and your business ended up breaking other things as well. Then you refuse to answer phone calls until she posted a bad review. Maybe my review will catch your attention as well. See I’m willing to go a lot further with my complaints. I live in this community and refuse to allow such poor business practices to continue so effortlessly. If I have to make signs and place them randomly throughout the area…. I’ll happily do just that. Either replace the phone or see how far I’m willing to go to keep you from doing another Lancaster resident the same.

My daughter has left her iPhone 12 laying around and her cousin got a hold to it and put the password in wrong and locked the phone up. I tried everything from apple to my service provider and got no where. I took the phone here and within a hour I got her phone back with her storage in tact. Good ppl great service.

In the Lancaster office they were super nice and very professional and efficient I ran over my phone and busted it , they had it good as new in about an 1hr an 30m. Love that . I will definitely use them again if I need too and I will tell all my friends and family to go to them.
