I booked the service this morning and they showed up promptly at the scheduled time. Performed iPhone 11 Pro repair on my glass in about 20 minutes. Super easy to work with and glad I booked it.

An update to my review from January 5th, 2024. I initially had a positive impression of Smart Tech when I booked their service for a rapid iPhone 11 Pro screen repair, which cost $172 as well as 20$ for a screen protector. Despite the unexpected expenses, I appreciated the ease and speed of the service.

Unfortunately, my satisfaction quickly turned to disappointment when just a few weeks later (02/22/2024), the screen completely detached from the phone’s housing while my son was at school. The screen itself remained intact and cosmetically unharmed, indicating a possible issue with the aftermarket screen’s adhesive or physical connection to the device. Additionally, the phone began displaying unusual light patterns after the separation.

When I reached out to the company for assistance, I was met with an unprofessional and aggressive response. Instead of offering support or attempting to diagnose the issue, the technician immediately questioned whether I had caused the problem through mishandling or using aftermarket accessories. This interaction left me feeling disrespected and completely dissatisfied with the customer service.

In the end, I learned a valuable lesson from this experience: while Apple’s repairs may be more expensive, their commitment to standing behind their work and products far surpasses the disappointing service provided by Smart Tech. I strongly advise others to consider this before choosing to do business here.

Very fast and easy iPhone screen repair. He came to me fast and had the screen repaired within 15 minutes. I called other places and most didn’t have the parts or it was going to take them hours to repair it. Appreciate the fast service!

Edit: Changing my review after initially posting a 5 star review. After some time using my phone I’ve noticed the screen now has a more yellow tint and I can no longer use the True Tone setting on my phone. I can notice a difference in coloring between my phone and my husband’s who has an original Apple screen. It’ll take a bit of getting used to. My phone is a few years old so I’ll live with it until I upgrade but I wish I did more research and went through a place with authentic Apple parts.

I’ve been getting my phone fixed by them for a few years now and they are always available when I need them. Quick and reliable. I used some other places before but my iPhone screen always broke right away after the repair. With Smart Tech the screens are better quality and you can tell they take pride in the work they do. The screens look better and last longer. Highly recommend!
