I lost everything on my company PC! I did a quick google review and found these guys. All I can say, believe the 5 star reviews! These guys are incredibly professional and certainly know computers. They were able to get all my data back and put me in a new laptop with all my old data loaded on it for a very reasonable price. When I went to pick up my new laptop James was so nice and took a good 30min with me to show me where all my files were while he downloaded a program I needed and worked with me to upload my data into it. Super great guy, excellent company!
We just started using SmarTekz after switching from another IT services company and they have already proven to be extremely responsive and competent in all of the issues that we’ve had so far.
