Do not go here. I sent my son to get his phone fixed, the lady told him $20 to reset the the phone and $120 to fix the screen but he’d have to pay before fixing it which sounds suspect to me. When he called me to tell me the price I said ok but she went up on the price $10 more, so I told him to just leave and as he was leaving she said that she could fix the phone and he pay later. WHAT?? SO YOU DIDN’T TRUST HIM TO PAY. I will not patronize any business that discriminates period
Don’t get your phone fixed here she told me price was 85 and waited until she was done with my phone to charge me 93.38 don’t trust them they are scammers I swear to god I’m disputing the charge now because they are grimy people don’t trust them or give them your money if you do come her just buy a screen and do it yourself. Edited this place is still a terrible place yes I did get my money bck but these people are very rude and not worth the money
10/10 .. I have actually been here a few times throughout the years to have my kids phones and tablet screens replaced and I must say they are the most affordable and fastest in the area. Kim is always the one to help assist me and she is the sweetest. I will not go anywhere else. Thanks kim
