I already left my opinion and posted it here about the service of this people but………they, made it “disappear”, gone, erased. So, there is not point on publish it here (but we saved it and I am sure there are many other pages where we can warm people). Any way we will write again here what happened to us briefly………. Couldn’t been worse. Do not expend your money there. The oldest guy has no idea about what a good customer service means an has no manners at all!!! . They did not fix the old phone we took there. They said, it was the cable microUSB, gave us 2 or 3 that didn’t work. Went to the store for the third time, gave us another that kind of worked . and…….charge us $ 50.00 that we paid. This man was extremely “Maleducado, grosero, irrespetuoso, ignorante, inculto. Suggestion: don’t expend your money in this business.

My laptop all of a sudden stopped charging and then ran out of battery
I took it to Apple and they said liquid got inside and that everything was corroded and that it was going to cost $1500 to send it to the factory to get it fixed
My mom is a loyal client here and recommended me
I went in with no hope and he said he will take a look at it
We left it there and 3 hours later he called asking me for my password
Meaning he turned it back on!

Be careful with these guys. One day they say one price, you come back they say higher price for the same exact service. They said $47 to replace the speaker on iPhone 11 but when I came back a week later, they told me its $47 for other cases when they don’t have to open the phone, but it’s $67 for iPhone 11 because they have to open it. Went to another place a block away $5 paid. They were able to clean the speaker in 3 minutes.
