May I tell you, I had an awesome experience with smartphone repair center. I broke my phone screen, I went to batteries+ and they told me they couldn’t order a screen for my specific phone. So I went to ubreakifix, and they told me it would be 5-7 days to get my phone fixed and $180+, so I went to the last place here in kenosha that fixes phones. Smartphone repair center… They told me 2-3 days and $115. I got it in 2 days and no issues everything is perfect they seem like they handled my items with care and didn’t waste time.

If I break my phone again I will go back here and you should too.

Have gotten my iPhone 11 screen replaced here twice both times have ended up with me returning within a week of them replacing my screen because of more issues. Either involving black screening, then not installing all the prices back in, or then giving me a faulty screen to begin with. Both times have ended up being more of a problem than what I went there to get fixed to begin with. Recommend not wasting your time or money like I did. Preferably find a place that can replace the screen in front of you.

This place was great to work with! The first time, he fixed my charging port within 45 minutes, and the second time, after ordering a new battery, he replaced my old battery with the new one within 30 minutes, and have a card with instructions on how to care for it! Prices weren’t bad either!! Thank you guys! I’ll be back!
