So happy I made the choice to go here. Walked in and was welcomed and quickly diagnosed as needing a new screen, which I feared but figured.
Ricardo quoted a price that I found reasonable after calling around to get information at local places. Loved that the prices were also clearly posted so I knew that I was paying a fair and consistent price.
He provided the posted military discount for our service and fixed the screen perfectly, professionally and totally.
He joked with us, made the process painless and we walked out happy.

Went to get a USB port replaced. Ended up totally damaging the back cover of my phone which was totally fine before. The back cover is now bulging from where the guy pried off the back cover. He didn’t mention it and just handed me phone back in the case. I didn’t notice until I got home & saw up close that my phone wasn’t staying in it’s case. I tried going back up there but the guy then denied he broke my phone after paying them over $100 just to replace a USB port that only took him 20 minutes. Wouldn’t offer to fix it or give a refund.

Before I came here, I visited Best Buy & it was such an ordeal to get an appointment to fill paperwork out and then be sent off to another location. I came to this repair shop because of water damage on an iPhone mini 13 & they were very upfront on pricing and all of the “what if” scenarios. I had my phone back within 24 hours and it’s still working after one month. Go visit real people and get your phone repaired! Thank you.
