This company.was contracted to come to my home for a phone repair to replace the screen. Kid showed up on time and was polite. However did the repair in his car due to this a mistory happened when he came back my phone back glass was shattered.. when I asked to Have my front glass replaced. This is super upsetting because this is contractor work. Then I was to grt on the phone with Asurian and explain what happened. At the end of the day I had to get a phone replacement due to the young man error. Stuff happens but this kid who came to my home needs some more training. I’m now having to get a differ in color due to what was in stock at the time of my phone call to asurian. Highly disappointed in this business for doing more damage to my phone and then not even replacing my front glass.

I had my screen replaced on my iPhone X. Price was great and staff was informative and friendly and not to mention timely! Now that my phone has become an “older version” it has slowed and frozen and times. Not knowing if it was screen related or software related, I went in and had all the help I could ask for and then some. Found out it was software from Apples end that was causing the freeze but they were able to solve my problem with an easy solution. Seriously, check this place out with any cellphone related questions! I will be supporting them over any large box store. Period!

I’ve gone to these guys twice now for phone repair. Both experiences yielded excellent results! The first time was for a cracked screen. Second was to replace my charging port. They gave me a reasonable quote but ultimately checked out my phone and had determined that there was an obstruction inside the port. They cleaned it out at no charge and it now works perfectly.
