My experience with Speedy Repair was bizarre, unprofessional, and frustrating.

My laptop stopped working on Friday morning. Since I was leaving town on Monday and I also had a big deadline on the same day, I knew I needed a place that could do a quick turnaround. I found Speedy Repair and called them. I told them my timeline and they confirmed they could take a look at the laptop, and that they’d call me with a quote before beginning repairs.

The rest of Friday goes by, and there’s no word. All of Saturday goes by, no word. I call them on Saturday evening, because I know they’re closed Sunday and I won’t be able to reach them. The update was… there was no update. “We tried to reset it, and it didn’t work,” I was told.

I asked if they would really be able to have this done by Monday, since I hadn’t even gotten a quote yet. Once again, I was reassured there were other things they could try and they’d keep working on it.

It’s now Monday morning, and once again, I had to call, desperate for an update. And the update was… “We tried to reset it, and it didn’t work.”

I wish I’d left my laptop with literally any other repair shop in the city. Choosing “Speedy” Repair may have cost me a huge project.

My husband and I were traveling on Business and our IPad that is used as his ELD and for logging our returns was knocked onto the floor and the screen was shattered. We needed to get back on the road quickly and the gentleman got us in right away and got it fixed quickly! He was very friendly, the iPad looked good as new and the price was great!

HONEST people! I went there for my iPhone 11 screen repair because it blacked out and they said $110. While I’m waiting about 5 minutes the guy came back from their repair room and told me that my screen is fine and NO CHARGE. They could have taken my money and I wouldn’t know anything. I highly recommend
