My laptop was having a stroke – one that I had been trying to fix for daaayyys. My mouse was moving all over the place, windows/apps opening & minimizing on their own, bubbles on my screens – it was a hot mess. I had tried reinstalling windows, updating my graphics drivers, uninstalling unused apps, rebooting a thousand times – I even tried smudging the thing & nothing was working. Within 30 seconds of telling Shawn what was going on, he said, “Oh yeah, I know exactly what’s wrong. Bring it in & we’ll fix it.” Bam! 20 minutes later, it’s like nothing ever happened.
Shawn & Shawn are super nice guys & so passionate about what they do (but not the kind of passionate where they get angry like you should know better – the nice kind). They told me about how they left corporate 13 years ago to start up their business & they’ve been going ever since. One Shawn told me, “We’re not like the Geek Squad – we’re REAL nerds”. Lol! Such a great experience & they DON’T CHARGE for diagnostics!
Would go back to them again in a heartbeat!

Came in EXPECTING to spend an arm and a leg today, only to receive HONEST service… and left out with no payment… my Inspirons touch screen is CRACKED…. And instead of allowing me to pay he told me all he needed to do was turn off the touch screen function as a single mother and business owner this means the world to me.. not only can I get BACK to work, but I also get to save a few bucks, no PLENTY BUCKS. About $500 he told me. Thanks so much for helping me!!!! I’ll be back in the future if I need any other repair!! 5 stars for excellent service and honesty!!

I do game animation development & online education from home, so I actually need a gaming PC at the top of the line. Sean Stanley was incredibly helpful walking me through every step of the process. I’ve built my own PCs in the past, but wanted to bring in an expert to help me get something really nice, without going too extreme in the price range. Sean nailed it. My PC is amazing! I can stream, while recording my screen, while running Unreal Engine, while running another game on another monitor, and my build doesn’t break a sweat. My dream setup!
