Steve was fantastic to work with!! I had a PC that needed a case swap and was too afraid to do it myself. Before scheduling a time, he even researched a question I had to be sure that everything would go smoothly. He came and picked up my PC on Friday and had everything swapped over by Sunday afternoon! He kept me updated the entire time and called me immediately as soon as he found something wrong with the case, as well as let me know when he began working on it and when he was nearly finished. Not to mention, he had the most reasonable prices for what I needed that I could find in the area. Super down to earth person and will definitely go back to him in the future for all my PC needs! I am so happy that I went to him for this!

Oh my goodness, I can’t say enough good things about my experience working with Steve. He was incredibly easy to work with, responsive to all messages, generous with his time and expertise, and the quality and care he demonstrated with the reconstruction of my PC is totally next level. I found Steve’s company on a google search, and I took a total leap of faith on him when my graphics card just up and died unexpectedly.

I would highly recommend SS Custom PCs. His service was fantastic. Steve helped me do some trouble shooting over the phone when my PC would randomly turn off. When that did not work and it needed further diagnostics in the shop, he offered to meet me half way between our locations. He was able to diagnose the issue that I was having and returned it to me within a few days with a detailed explanation of what was happening so that I could swap out the part. I am very pleased with the service that he provided.
