Stupidly, I let my eight-year-old grandson use my crucial-to-my-work desktop to “play a game.” The result was something having to do w/ the mouse that took an expert two hours to undo. Steve was able to respond to my request for help promptly; fixed the problem; charged me a reasonable amount and didn’t say a word about my child supervision skills. I HIGHLY recommend him!
Steve arrived on time, fixed my system quickly and explained for me so I could understand. I found Steve online and I’m so glad I took a chance with him. It’s great to know I can call on Steve if I encounter unsolvable problems in the future.
