My second review of Strike Twice in the last year. Since June 2020 I have purchased two computers from Keith. The first was a previously owned, but much improved (by Keith) machine. I had a number of problems with it that, I don’t believe, were related to the hardware, but rather some of the software I had been using. Keith was very generous with his time and efforts to help me resolve the issues. However, I’d finally had enough of it and decided to purchase a new PC from him. I can’t say enough about how satisfied I am with the service, the hardware, and Keith’s very generous efforts in helping me get back on board with projects, internet surfing, and completing tasks at hand. My new HP PC is on the left. I bought a second and used monitor from him (in the middle), and the camera on top of that monitor. Keith is and always will be the first person I contact when it comes to resolving computer issues and purchasing equipment. He’s a great fellow to work with, has a great sense of humor and is #1 in my list. Thank you Keith for everything over the past year.

Had a very positive experience with Keith, the business owner at Strike Twice Computers in St. Louis Park, MN. I had attempted to clone and install a new 4T internal drive on my Dell XPS computer myself, but could not get it to reboot properly. After I filled out an online Strike Twice Computers’ service form, Keith called promptly and provided a quote. He also stated that there was a chance my laptop may have a 2T internal drive limit, but that he would give it a try and only charge me the minimum service fee if unsuccessful. Well sure enough, he got it to work and replaced my old internal drive with a larger gently-used one no charge that I can now use as an external drive . Keith has been in business for 36 years and at his current location for 26 of those years. Thank you, Keith. Give Strike Twice Computers a try. Always a thrill to support local businesses.

Keith (owner) is great. He is technically excellent, has people skills, and an understanding of what each customer may want and need based on how they use computers. I’m a physician who does some work from home, I also have a consulting business; no need for gaming etc. Keith set me up perfectly on a used/refurb machine far more capable than the old one I left him. All important data was transferred to the new machine, despite the old machine being basically dead. I also have my old drive to back up data, just in case. Go see Keith at strike twice, you won’t be disappointed.
