Working with summit has been an incredible experience. I’ve had phenomenal help in all aspects of my help needed. Questions answered, communication and genuine care from the summit about my issues regarding my PC. I personally am not one to leave a review but I have to with the experience I’ve had here. If anyone needs help with their technology summit is the place to go. They won my business for any of my tech needs and they are super friendly and just completely awesome to work with. Chris and others keep doing what you are doing because I can’t say I’ve had as good of an experience with any business in quite some time. Rather it’s corporate or small business these guys will take care of their customers. If you made it this far in the review I know you will not be disappointed working with Summit.

I will always take my computers to them instead of the Mac Store! I had a situation where I thought just my computer screen was broken. After replacing the screen, it turned out my computer was actually fried. They worked on it to try to revive but in the end it wasn’t worth investing in to revive. They helped me pick out a new computer that was best suited for my type of use, transferred all my data, got me all set up on a new laptop, like nothing ever happened. Best part was they offered to return or repurpose the new screen I had purchased so I got to use that payment as a credit towards my new machine. I run a small business and rely on my laptop almost daily. I felt like I was a priority, I was very well cared for, and my best interested were always kept in mind.

Holy cats! These guys are awesome! I cannot tell you the sense of relief that I now have a place I can turn to when my ok tech skills fail me. I had an issue with my laptop not connecting to the internet and all of my usual troubleshooting failed.

The people are kind and very knowledgeable. And fast! I desperately needed my laptop working ASAP as I teach online. While they did not promise, they said they would do their best. And they delivered in same day turnaround. My computer is all cleaned up and working better than ever. They have my eternal gratitude and a customer for life.
