This is an extraordinarily dishonest man: claims he has a team, he doesn’t; claims to know what he is doing, doesn’t; and makes you think he is honest, he isn’t. The first time I went to him he said I should prevent automatic updates as they will eventually, by design he said, make my computer system obsolete but eight months when I go back to him over issues again with my computer, he says: oh, you need to include updates, that’s why you’re having problems. And charged me THREE TIMES over and above what I was charged first time.
