If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I love supporting well run, locally owned businesses and Super Geeks has my loyalty for the rest of time. The person who answered the phone (Don) was so helpful and knowledgeable I almost couldn’t believe it! I was flabbergasted and so thankful for his patience, wisdom, and calm. I’d accidentally deleted many important files and was in a panic! I had called File Savers Data Recovery and they gave me almost no information besides that I would have to give up my computer for 2 weeks, for a price more than twice as much as Super Geeks, and I would have to pay whether or not they recovered any files. On top of that, they would not tell me how likely it was they would restore my data. Super Geeks was like entering heaven. Don told me about turning off bitlock and some other useful information about OneDrive. When I got to the store, he sat down with me with so much patience and kindness, and somehow my problem got fixed within 5 minutes of visiting the store. And they wouldn’t even take any money from me! Don just said he was glad I got a happy ending. I recommend Super Geeks like crazy for customer service, knowledge, supporting local, and price. Just the best company that makes me believe in the good of humanity! Thanks Super Geeks!

I brought my laptop in to these guys with suspected GPU/motherboard issues and asked them to try narrowing down what the actual issue was by swapping in/out the cheaper components, in the hopes that we’d find out it was something small before spending any money on the really expensive stuff, like a replacement motherboard. Alas, it ended up being the motherboard after all, but everything was done at a reasonable price and communication was very clear. After trying one possible solution, they always informed me of the result and discussed what would come next before doing any additional work. This meant that no matter what point I was at in the repair process, I always knew exactly what was happening with my laptop and understood the final amount that I would be paying.

This is an overall OK place to take your phone to fix or laptop. However I was very unhappy with my experience today. Dropped off a laptop to a computer repair guy to see if the laptop works. He then ordered the charger and charged me for the charger. Then, when I arrived to pick up the laptop, there was a lock on the laptop repair guy did not notify me that there is a lock on the laptop or communicate properly, then when I asked him, why didn’t you let me know? He said I didn’t need to do that. I would never recommend this place. Specially if you want proper communication to be done between the customer and the laptop repair person also very overpriced
