Absolutely atrocious experience at this place. I took my broken TV in for repair and was promised a quick turnaround. Instead, it took them over a month to “fix” it, and when I got it back, the problem wasn’t even solved!

The technician clearly had no idea what they were doing and seemed to be guessing at the repairs. The TV still doesn’t work properly, and now it’s making a strange noise that it wasn’t making before.

To add insult to injury, the customer service was non-existent. No one returned my calls or answered my questions about the status of the repair. When I finally got the TV back, I was told that it was “fixed” and that I needed to pay the full amount despite the fact that it still didn’t work!

Do not, I repeat, DO NOT take your TV to this place! They are incompetent, unprofessional, and will rip you off. 0/10 would not recommend to my worst enemy!”
