Patrick was super helpful in diagnosing what I expected to be a screen repair issue. I had a tight schedule to get it back by which they weren’t able to do, but Patrick helped in giving me all the details for what I need to bring to someone else when I can. Even though they usually have a diagnostic fee, Patrick voided it for me since they weren’t able to do the repair. Awesome place!
T-tech is an awesome company! I worked with the Utica store in the past to help me with my POS systems and they were always able to help. Found that they have a location in Rochester. Gave them a try and Chris went above and beyond helping me with my computer issues! Did I mention that they are fast, curious and very reasonably priced!
Great customer service! We’ve brought 2 laptops to T-Tech in Rochester and was greeted by Chris. He took the time not only to resolve our immediate problem but also spent time giving advice and cleaning up “junk” that was slowing us down. He was great! Would definably go back to T-Tech and would recommend to others!
