I’ve never broken or cracked a device until recently. the pictures are the befores and afters of the first time I broke it a few months ago. I sent them a message for a quote and they responded immediately and they were super helpful. the fix took about 45 mins to an hour just like they had said! did some grocery shopping in the mean time haha. I just broke it again yesterday morning and they responded immediately after opening and it only took about 30 mins this time. the people here are so friendly and helpful especially Dylan, he is a fantastic dude and I appreciate him! thank you all so much for your help, I will be coming here for any future breaks and I recommend 10/10!!!

TCR in Fuquay was a great experience. I bike my iPhone screen and just stopped in to check for a repair price. Very reasonable prices and much cheaper than the malls kiosks. Dillon also said he could do it in 20 min. I dropped it off and returned 15 min later to find the glass repaired flawlessly. My only regret is that I should have had him replace the battery at the same time. Excellent job. For any of these reviews with complaints, it’s obvious they never expressed them to the staff. Dillon was outgoing, sociable, and professional and would answer any tech questions along with fixing any issues right there on the spot. A++

I’ve been having a problem with my phone that was far more difficult to diagnose then your everyday cosmetic damage. I spoke on the phone to the technician who was very kind and attentive. I brought the device to the store and 45 minutes later, I received a call detailing what the problem was, what steps were made to rectify the situation and what my options were. Unfortunately, it was too cost prohibitive to fix but at least I knew what the problem was. Superb service and excellently explained what troubleshooting methods were attempted. Don’t hesitate to give them a try.
