I had several computer issues including having to rename drives that would not allow me to make the necessary changes and a corrupted game download. Demitri returned my call and explained, that though he was in California, he would be able to do what I needed via the Internet and access my computer with my permission. They do not charge by the hour but gave me a quote for the job. The quote was a bit steep in my mind but he sounded professional and that he would be able to do the job. I watched throughout the over 6 hours he worked at uninstalling and redownloading my game several times and each time getting the Corrupted File message. He used a lot of different technician programs to diagnose and attempt to correct the issue. In the end, he spent over 6 hours of solid honest work making his quoted price which he stuck to not seem the least bit expensive for the labor he put into it. In the end, he advised me to get a refund and purchase it through a US company as I had gone to the source company in Germany which never assisted me much at all. They did give me a refund without any quibbling and I have since purchased the game from an American source and it is working. I would use this company again for my computer issues.

I contacted tech2you because my mouse was lagging. It seemed like a memory problem. They called at the scheduled time, I gave them access to my computer, and they ran a diagnostic program. All seemed fine. Then he recommended a tune up. I had already done the usual tune up things so I declined and indicated I wanted to have them come out and install more RAM. They resisted and indicated it would not solve the issue. I was frustrated so I researched on my own and figured out the mouse-specific problem.
Problem solved. They did not charge anything, but the advice turned out to be helpful, so I am taking time to write this review. This is a legit business.
Chris was courteous, patient and thorough when I brought in my computer. After examining it he explained the issues, what he could do to resolve them and options available. I chose to forgo any upgrades and purchase a new laptop considering mine was 10+ years old. I was referred by my neighbor and would refer anyone looking for honest and reliable assistance for their tech needs.
