I couldn’t find anybody in Grants Pass to help boot our son’s new computer with the Linux Mint (Cinnamon) operating system. I am SO happy and thankful that I found John at Tech Aid!!! He obviously knows what he’s doing, very kind, super fast and he just gained a very happy new customer today!!! I’m going back to have all my other computers cleaned in the near future!!! What a great business!!!
My computer had been ‘down’ for a week when I called John with hopes he could help me…Even though he had a busy day, he made time to drive to my house and fix my computer!!! I am very happy to have found Tech Aid and while I hope to not have lots of issues in the future, it’s great to know and trust someone to call if I do! THANK YOU!:)
John was very helpful. He is very personable and friendly with a great emphasis on detail. He took care of my hard drive issue straight away. Dropped computer off in the morning and picked it up hours later. Great. Highly recommended! 5 stars all the way around.
