These guys are EXTREMELY HONEST. My husband accidentally drove over his phone. The screen looked terrible! I told Tech Clinic that I needed a new screen. They quoted $140 which is the going rate for Samsung screens. An hour later they called and said the LCD was fine. They were able to buff out the cracks and put a new screen protector on for only $35!!! I wouldn’t have known the difference if the screen was replaced or just buffed. They were so honest and ethical. Instead of $140, I only paid $35 plus tax. They will have my business for life. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Tech Clinic at the outlet mall on SR 56. They’re great!

I dropped my phone off for a front and back screen repair. The day after I dropped it off, I received an email that my information had been stolen and found on the dark web. That isn’t just a coincidence. They told me $220, they replaced my blue back with black, and I ended up paying $264. Nobody called me to let me know my phone was ready. I wouldn’t recommend this store or location to anyone. It’s a scam. I now have to report to the IRS government about my social security, name, address, phone number, and email address. All my personal information that was stolen.

They were really good when it came to replacing my battery & explaining to me in detail what I should do when I have to come back again to replace my battery… I also told them to add a privacy screen shield protector for my phone which they did an outstanding job on that too.
