Great price, friendly service, very knowledgeable. We have an iPad 4 mini: he replaced the charging port and we knew the home button was starting to wear out so he replaced that too. Then he told us that it was going bad because the previous replacement was a bad job.

He also asked about replacing the battery before closing it, because it is cheaper to do now while it was still open. This wasn’t just a typical up-sell either… we already knew the battery was getting weak (it is 5 years old) but he could visually see it was going bad and asked us if we wanted it replaced. He showed us the old one and we could definitely see how he knew it was going bad.

Before going to him we got an estimate for replacing JUST the charging port, the price at the other place was more than the total price we paid for here and got new charging port, home button AND the battery!

He was very friendly and he gave us the timeline of repairs might take until the following afternoon, but he said to check with him before close of that day to see if he was able to get it done. Less than 4 hours later he had it finished and we are very satisfied with all of his work!!

First time was great. They put on a screen protector. So I bought the extra insurance for free replacement screen protectors. A year later when my screen needed to be replaced we paid a pretty penny for the replacement and had to fight with them to do the free protector.
They didn’t put the phone back together correctly, couldn’t evergreen turn it on or off. My husband went to talk to them and he fixed the on and off. But immediately when he gave it to me there was already a black area on the screen. But I had already been there so many hours with my babies and had already been fighting with them so we just left. But that black spot had continued to get bigger and cover my screen so now I can’t read some things.
Also, since they opened my phone, my camera is all blurry now, like they got it dirty when they opened it.
I am disappointed.
My husband said we won’t go back even though we have already paid for a lifetime warranty.

Customer Service, Quality, Other, Wait Time

Honesty!! My son and i went to two other vendors: The 1st told us not to invest in the phone any more…Just buy a new one. This advice makes sense, but my son did not back up any of his important information. The 2nd vendor without even looking at the phone said the price would almost be the double amount of what this phone is worth…Adding, we would have to wait 3 days before the phone could be repaired. We/the public/Our community need more Honest vendors like Tech Clinic who care about the people and not about padding their pockets. I will refer other family members and costumers to this store.
