My daughter went to the store to have her screen replaced and spent $344. Two hours later, the phone was doing the same thing and was still not functioning appropriately. I returned to their store to have them look at the phone again, and they immediately told me she had dropped her phone. My daughter had been packing for college and had not gone anywhere and had definitely not dropped her phone. With that said, the owner became highly confrontational and unwilling to help me. They were willing to help me if I spent another $200+ to fix the phone again, but I just wasn’t willing to do that given the dishonest behavior. Another customer was in the store, the customer pulled me aside and was telling me how very rude the ownership was, and how unhelpful the same sales person had been with her. As the woman was about to fix my phone and I was about to spend $200 more, I changed my mind when she asked me to step outside while she fixed my phone. I found that request extremely odd, and once again, it felt like it was a scam that was taking place at the store. I told her to please put the phone back together, and I would go somewhere else. As someone entered the store, I quickly enlightened her that they do not stand behind their work. The owner stepped outside and began screaming up and down the halls for security. It was an absolute drama show. Do not shop at the store as they will not stand behind their work, and once they get their money, they are unhelpful! Very dishonest and such a scam.

Today I decided to go in this store and look at phone cases. The sales lady welcomed me in the beginning. I was trying to look for a phone case for me so I was looking around which one I wanted to get. I was not even 10 minutes in. I saw the employee lady just watching me thinking if I was going to steal something then after I was grabbing some phone cases to look at I had like 4 in my hand and accidentally dropped one and she got mad and asked me to put them back I told her I was looking at them so basically she didn’t care how she treated me as a customer mind you I didn’t even do anything wrong she was just being rude to me just watching me which felt uncomfortable I was just trying to buy a case that’s all so when she had said to put them back after I dropped one on accident I told her she was being dramatic kicked me out. So in my opinion she was just giving bad customer service. And no you’re wrong there. I only went in that store twice not 4 times just to be clear

Best in town! I have been trying to get my radios repaired. Searched for micro soldering and to my surprise Tech Defense popped up and he was local. He did some Reflow work on 2 radio units.
