I realized that my Xbox X HDMI port was broken so I left it with Tech Exchange and they were able to fix it in just a few days for a really good price! While other businesses were going to charge me way more and take over 2 weeks to fix. Raphael was so kind and helpful he even shipped my Xbox to my house since I wasn’t able to pick it up. He stayed in touch with me during the whole process and even sent me videos to show me it worked before shipping it out.
I came by to get my screen repaired and he did an amazing job. He knows exactly what to do I could tell he’s done his research, he also has all types of electronics from portable chargers to PlayStation’s all at great prices. He’s a respectful young man, he made the entire process quick and easy.
Raph (the owner) is a super nice guy has great prices and is easy to work with and his store has great vibes! He fixed my phone and also gave me some technical advice after we were done. Highly recommend visiting the store !
