This is the email I sent the company with no response after 5 days. You can look at my review history I rarely give less that 4 stars. Maybe it was a one off but I did not feel taken care of and for the price of my time and the price of fixing the screen a second time for another $300 I bit the bullet and just got a new phone. I just hope they do a lot better with everyone else phones.

I recently had a repair at the beginning of August. The repair was for the screen. When it was finished I took it home. I haven’t been able to use the fingerprint access for anything and the phone won’t let me set up additional fingerprints. The phone screen consistently blacks out if I hold down on the phone while scrolling. There have been four instances that the phone has just froze where I had to do a soft reset. The first time this happened I brought the phone back to the Ithaca Mall store and the lady there took it for about an hour and when we came back she explained that all I had to do is do the soft reset if it happened again. Mind you, I have never had to do this before. She also gave me a “free” screen protector, which I thought was odd but was happy that I got some good service. A few weeks later a crack appeared on screen under the screen protector which looks like it originated at the edge of the screen near the volume down button. This makes me wonder why a “free” screen protector was given to me had there been nothing wrong with the screen in the first place. A phone case has been on the phone the whole time. All of this happened after I paid over $300 for the repair. For all that has happened I am just looking for my money back.

This place is great!! I had a problem with my Dell laptop and I needed the keyboard replaced. They gave me a quote and ordered the part to replace the keyboard the same day. They were so easy to communicate with and called to give me updates while fixing it. They did a great job and the computer works perfectly now. They even cleaned my laptop for me!! The only thing I will say is that the pricing seemed pretty arbitrary. I thought the price was reasonable though.

Good customer service, I came in with a black iPhone 13 screen that was cracked badly in the corner and made my phone screen flash green and inoperable. They were able to work their magic in good time and managed to give me a discount with a case for my phone as well. I am very thankful for this store fixing my phone to brand new!
