My experience was at the Ithaca mall tech express location. I had a shattered iPad so brought it to them and they did a phenomenal job! There were no cracks in the screen when I got it back and it took less than 24 hours until it was fixed. They also give a 5$ Student discount. I was very pleased with their work.
Mehdi is the most conscientious human being. Whenever I have a silly question about my issues with my smart phone, he is very helpful in the operator of this phone.

This review is a little belated as I was there about 3 weeks ago with a phone that went dead. We were traveling doing gospel music and had to get a quick fix. He did a great job diagnosing and putting a new battery in within 3 hours. Want to verify that this was in the Ithaca Mall.
