I had an outstanding experience here today. I’ve had a Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G for a little over 3 years now. Eventually though, the phone would no longer allow me to charge it through the USB port.

I called Tech Fixers yesterday and within 24 hours, I had a new USB port and a new battery for just under $100. I can now use Android Auto again, and I couldn’t be happier to be able to use my phone for a bit longer. I’m definitely going to them the next time I have a tech issue.

The detail in which they are willing to describe tech repair is very comforting and interesting. They were even willing to show me my old parts, which made me feel very well taken care of.

Also as a minor warning, the building can feel a little scary as you get close to the entrance. But the people are the nicest people I’ve met in a while, so it’s worth the journey!

I came in with a cracked screen that went to black. They were able to test the phone and replace the screen within 1 day. The phone had more damaged then expected and parts had to be ordered and Dustin made sure the parts would come the next morning so I could get my phone fixed. Dustin even took time out of his Christmas Eve to fix my phone. Dealing with Dustin (The owner) and his worker Zach was very pleasant and both were very knowledgeable and wanted to help. I highly recommend coming here to get your phone repaired. Awesome service!

Excellent service! I went to two other phone repair businesses and was given quotes between $170-200 due to a stripped screw on my iPhone, which would have necessitated breaking my screen just to replace my battery. Very glad I found Tech Fixers! $100 and one hour later I have a new battery — without a broken screen!!! Even the waterproof strip on the inside of my phone was replaced! Plus it’s right in downtown Shakopee in a cool train depot building! Highly recommend and will be back if any other tech goes bust!
