Incredibly flexible and communicative. He replaced my screen in under 20 minutes (for less than any other cell phone repair service I could find in SE Michigan) back in June. I started having issues with it again last night, I messaged him this morning, and he got me in to fix it before the end of the day. I had a great experience — I’d definitely rather bring my phone and laptop to him than to Apple, where I could pay more and spend a couple weeks waiting for the repair. 🙂 highly recommend.

Had my iPhone 11 back camera replaced by Cosmo and he did an amazing job.
Answered as soon as I called, quote was reasonable and made my life so much easier.
Dropped it off to him, and he had it done in an hour.
Amazing service. Super friendly. And response and turn over time is impeccable!!
Hopefully won’t need another repair but in this day and age we all know how fragile these things are, Cosmo’s will absolutely be who I call and send all my friends too.

Joe is super nice & very communicative!! Very quick responses & flexible with timing! He got my phone fixed the same day that it broke and even stayed after his usual work hours to fix it!! I really appreciated his respect for the customer & his fast responses as well. Will most definitely be returning if needed in the future! Additionally, it only took 25 minutes which was super awesome!
