I started my day with pop-ups on my computer and a voice telling me I had the trojan virus and to call the number they gave me for “Microsoft”. Fortunately I didn’t fall for that and did a search on my phone for “computer repair near me”.I brought my laptop in where I was greeted by Justin,. He first put my mind at ease by saying it may not actually be a virus, just scamming to get my info. When I asked what the fees would be he informed me that if there was no virus, it was FREE! If there was a virus, $130. I figured either way it was win, win. Turns out, no virus, no charge! And he put in an ad blocker! Brought my computer back the next day to have him install virus protection. Great guy! Great Business! They are now my go-to for all my IT needs!

Myself and a colleague purchased computer systems from a local business who had used Tech in a Flash. Because this business has an unpaid balance with Tech in a Flash, they are unwilling to remove their software from these computers. They also will not grant us admin privileges over these computers. We now have hardware that we legally purchased and have had no business dealings with Tech in a Flash but yet they are essentially holding our computers hostage by not relinquishing their control over the systems. This is extremely frustrating for us and unprofessional of them to hand this over our heads because of issues that have absolutely nothing to do with us.
