Colin did a great job. Provided honest feedback when I first dropped off my ‘dead’ laptop (thought it was dead for sure!). He promised to look it over and would reach out within 3 days, no upfront fee required. 3 days later as promised, he reached out to me to inform me that it was up and running! No hidden fee’s, no extra charges – Colin charged a fair price for his work. I appreciate that and recommend him and his services to anyone with an issue.

He kept expectations realistic and charged a very fair evaluation fee. My computer issue was very complex. Not simple to evaluate at all. I work on computers myself, I know. For the work he had to put in just to analyze it for a solution, I felt 35$ was extremely generous. Moving forward; whenever I need to outsource a project. Tech Medics will be my first stop. 5 stars all day.

My son went swimming in Lake Superior with his non-waterproof iPod Touch and Tech Medics dried it out and got it working perfectly. We also added a new battery so it will be good to go for a few more years. We live locally and have had multiple repairs here over the last few years and definitely recommend.
