Would not recommend bringing your electronics here. We had an absolutely horrible experience. We dropped off our iPad over a month ago for a faulty charging port and they kept pushing back the day that it was going to be ready. On top of not picking up the phone half the time we tried calling, they would tell us they would call us and never would. There was an excuse for every time we were told the iPad wasn’t ready. We were finally told it would be ready on a certain day during a specific timeframe, but it wasn’t. We were then told it would get dropped off for us at lunchtime the next day since the manager was going to an offsite consult. It never happened. We called to make sure it would be ready for pickup the next day and were told yes. Walk in the next day, and they are still trying to pick off glue from the iPad and there was no screen protector on it like they promised there would be so we had to go and ask for one. The fact that they were still messing with it when we tried to pick it up meant it was never ready in the first place. This has been such a stressful experience since we use the iPad everyday for work, but haven’t been able to because we were jerked around for so long.

Update: The screen on the iPad is messed up. It now has wavy lines on the screen like the LCD got broken.

May 10th the owner told me he could fix my Switch Lite and my Switch OLED for $200. And he could do it within 3 days. They were both in cases and my oled had white controllers attached. I never got a call. I have called and been into the office multiple times and now almost 2 months later. I finally received my still broken OLED. And he has to hold my Switch Lite in order to remove his battery and still give me a broken device “sometime next week”. “And he doesnt take peoples cases or controllers” LIAR!!!! I am just cutting my losses at this point. But I am still considering pressing charges.

Well these folks have had my switch lite for going on a month and a half (dropped it off June 28) for a charger port issue, and every time i call to see if it is fixed I get some answer like the guy who works on them is at lunch or on vacation and they will call me back. I have given them my number at least five times and never a call back. As of this review I still don’t know anything about the status of my switch lite. I wouldn’t recommend using this place for anything. I know I never will, once my business is concluded.
