EDIT: THIS REVIEW WAS NOT WRITTEN BY ME! When I left my phone with them to be replaced, it looks like they went on my Safari in my Google account and found their business and went and reviewed their business under my name without my permission.

MY REVIEW: trash!!!! I cannot stress enough how awful their screens are and how shotty their work is! I didn’t know that they left a review under my name until I just looked at my Google reviews and noticed this particular one but while they have me here I’m gonna give them an honest review.. I would give you zero stars if I could!! ever since they replaced my screen, anytime it dies , when my phone turns back on I have to hard reset it to get it to turn back on with the screen or else the screen just stays black. their glasses is so cheap. I had my iPhone screen before this replacement (the original phone screen) for four years and tons of drops my screen never broke. About a month after having my screen replaced by them one drop made it crack. My daughter got her screen replaced by them and they told her after her screen replacement that she could no longer use facial recognition (Face ID). Something is very off about this business and like I said, save your money!! Spend $18 on Amazon, buy your own screen and change it out yourself. The $80 is not worth it and clearly they go through your phone and do things illegally without asking permission.Really makes me wonder what else they went through on my phone…. Glad I saw this. I can’t wait to go up there and question the employees and ask why they think it’s OK to go on my personal Google account to leave reviews for their business without my permission.

Brought my phone in cause it wouldn’t charge. They fixed it and 3 weeks later my screen went dead. took it to someone else because Tec solutions wanted to charge me $45 to diagnose it. The shop in Williamsburg said there was nothing wrong with my phone. That the last person to work on it left several screws loose and the wire for the screen had come undone. He said it practically feel apart when he opened it. 10 minutes late I had a working phone. Please be careful I feel like I had been Tricked. WOULD NOT USE AGAIN
